APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Proposals should be submitted by the Czech researchers to AMVIS.

Application and submission information:

All project proposals must include:

• Letter of Intent - letter from each of U.S. counterpart institutions - confirmation of the participation in the project, role of the U.S. partner, planned activities, benefits of the cooperation, financial sources of the U.S. counterpart (in USD ths), duration of project, U.S. PI's signature, and institutional approval (Institutional Director/Fiscal Officer/Head of the Department). In case there are two or more partners on U.S. side, it is necessary to provide one Letter of Intent from each U.S. partner.
• Budget - anticipated expenses of the project and their detailed description.
• Project proposal (ePROJEKT) - project description in Czech language.

All materials must be submitted in both written and electronic form ONCE.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Project proposals for scientific cooperation between the CR and USA are to be submitted also to the

"Public Tender - KONTAKT II Program of International Cooperation in Research and Development."

Public tender is announced by the MEYS in June. More information can be found on internet pages of the MEYS - Department of International S&T Cooperation.
